La Ferme de la Sansonniere 'Rose d'Un Jour' VDF, 2022 gruner veltliner 5% PicpoulThis wine is made of 95% Grolleau Gris and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is a sweeter ros with loads of fruit and aromatics due to carbonic maceration. Flavor notes of crushed strawberries, apricots, and nutmeg make for a complex but refreshing sip every time. Ros d'un Jour or, "One day ros" is a play on Ros d'Anjou, the classified off dry rose of the area. The estate has been farming biodynamically since it began in 1990, and uses minimal sulfites
