This is a simple marabou leech with lead dumbbell eyes

but tied on a straight hook shank and with no knots in the legs

but if the fly needs to get a bit deeper - throw some lead weight wraps to keel weight the fly and the swim pattern and drop can be tweaked

Last summer I was approached by a few of our marketing team members and told that they had been taking the RIO's Muffin Top, cutting the tail off, and slaying carp on it for years. So this fly is the tail less version of the RIO's Muffin Top and apparently the best carp fly out there.
