For this project, the chef teamed up with Italian artist Ivo Bisignano. The varying plate sizes, vivid colours and diverse patterns evoke the 'laid back nonchalance' atmosphere typical of Ottolenghi, creating tables that are at once informal yet lush, even eccentric.
