Coffret Domaine de l'Aigle plats en sauce Acquired in 2002The estate's name pays tribute to the many eagles soaring above the vineyard. Located near Limoux, in the Haute Valle de l'Aude, the vineyard is among the highest in altitude in the whole of Languedoc Roussillon (500m). The proximity of the snowy Pyrenean peaks brings mountain climate influences at night that temper the Mediterranean sunshine and heat of the day. The estate has been cultivated using Demeter certified biodynamic farming since the 2018
