Château Simon - Le Rosé de Simon België Caro Maestro from Fina isChteau Simon Le Ros de Simon Deze ros is gemaakt van Cabernet Sauvignon en Merlot, 2 klassieke druiven uit Bordeaux. De wijnstokken liggen aan de oevers van de Garonne in de gemeente Barsac op een alluviaal terras. De druiven worden direct na de oogst voorzichtig geperst. De most wordt gefermenteerd in roestvrijstalen vaten met temperatuurregeling, waardoor een aangename frisheid behouden blijft en de fruitige tonen van de druivensoorten naar voren
