On the palate, medium texture, bright acid with lemon, white peach and a long melon finish. This medium bodied aromatic wine is clean and crisp and is perfect on a hot summer day. Or, pair it with oysters, a delicate fish or a mixed green salad, light dressing and goat cheese on top.
