This design was inspired by the vibrant flowers blooming around Lake Atitlán in Guatemala and the fantastical birds known as alebrijes

Bowl Small Blue, C shoes B: Approximately 7Each of Nobue Ibaraki's earthenware works is hand built with natural glazes that evoke buried treasure. The metallic appearance is the result of the chemical reaction to the firing, obtained with glazes containing cobalt, copper, and clays composed of other metals as well.
