Karnaval Jacmel. Bretagne Annals of the Guimet MuseumEvery year, the city of Jacmel in southern Haiti hosts the country's largest carnival, during the Gras festival. Most residents create and renew their costumes, freely inspired by everything that crosses Haitian reality and imagination. Since 2014, with this intangible and artistic heritage, Jacmel has been recognized as a Creative City of Crafts and Folk Arts by UNESCO. To convey this parading magic, Corentin Fohlen chose to isolate each character
