This design would usually be referred to as a "starburst", but given the central hessonite garnet is carved as a heart cabochon I'm going with heartburst (and all the connotations that brings). It's set with natural pearls and crafted in 9 karat gold. MEASUREMENTS 1. 9 x 1. 8cm WEIGHT 2. 4g MARKS No marks present, tests as 9k gold CONDITION
