His roots are therefore deeply rooted in the vineyards. He started his own project in 2015 and currently owns 6 hectares of old vines, between 80 and 120 years old. He is part of a small group of young vignerons who have knowledge of the international wine world and a feeling for the land around the vineyard. His focus is on micro vinifications of small 'parajes',
