Constructed of silver, the obverse handle featuring finely detailed floral designs, with an engraved monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, the reverse bearing analogous designs through the handle, engraved with a manufacture date of "1911", a crown and crescent moon indicating German manufacture, a silver content number of "800", and a maker's mark of "H. J. WILM" for the eponymous Berlin based silversmith, measuring 25
