Constructed of iron and neusilber, consisting of a Cross Patte with a blackened magnetic iron core within a plated neusilber frame, the obverse bearing three central oak leaves, the six oclock arm bearing a reinstitution date of 1939, the reverse six oclock arm bearing a reinstitution date of 1813, the twelve oclock arm with an integral loop
