A Chardonnay that conquers for its intensity, freshness and cleanliness. Thanks to the altitude and the temperature range, it is able to fully develop its fruity aromas. And when the harvest arrives, manually, in boxes, we take care to preserve the same aromas with cold maceration. Fermentation then takes place in old 225 litre oak
