Germany, NSKK. A Traffic Educator’s Sleeve Insignia GTRexclude Greenland Base Command Patch(Nationalsozialistisches Kraftfahrkorps rmelschild des Verkehrserziehungsdienst). Constructed of aluminum, the obverse consisting of a vaulted black shield bearing a raised and silvered NSKK insignia, circumscribed by a raised inscription of VERKEHRSERZIEHUNGSDIENST (TRAFFIC EDUCATION SERVICE), perforated at each corner with dual eyelets for sew on attachment, unmarked, measuring 72 mm (w) x 73 mm (h), demonstrating minor scratching to the base metal,
