Antique Wooden Figural Tobacco Leaf Thermometer Boyle Needle Co. This vintage decoy is allc. early 1900s; Wooden Thermometer in Tobacco Leaf Form Antique wall thermometer mounted on a hand carved and stained wooden backboard in the shape of an elongated leaf. The face is decorated with painted branch like veining, giving the impression of natural growth across the surface. Black stenciled numerals measure temperature from 40 to 120, flanking the central mercury glass tube. The base features an ornate tin housing, securing the thermometer
