Constructed of silver and multi coloured enamels, consisting of eleven purple enameled Paulownia flowers with three large green enameled leaves at the base, the obverse and reverse sides identical in appearance, on a horizontally pierced ball and swivel ring for suspension from its period original ribbon featuring a hook but missing the loop (ripped away),
