Saratoga, CA Antique decorative bell designed by Mrs. A. S. C. Forbes (Harrye Rebecca Piper Forbes) Features Father Junipero Serra, the controversial founder of the California missions that created generational problems for the local Indigenous population. Harrye Rebecca Piper Forbes (1861 1951) was an American historical preservationist who established the California Bell Company in 1914.
