DIY Amandelcroissants pre-order -) We send our browniesIf you have been on holiday in France, you may recognise them. The croissant aux amandes. Or, the almond croissant! A croissant filled with almond cream and topped with almond shavings and powdered sugar. The real holiday feeling on a plate for many people who go on holiday in France. Since 2016 we also sold them in our pastry shop in The Hague. Everyone loved them and we were often told that they were the tastiest in The Hague. This remains so
