Linear, precise and unwavering in its acidic backbone. This is Austria, not Alsace. The salinity and minerality overwhelm the waxiness that usually comes along with P Manseng, which is a good thing. Pure and shimmering, clean and bright. Perhaps a bit reductive on first take, but we have no issue with that, it's charming. Mix that funk with a pithy lime and some river
