Bosnia And Herzegovina. A Medal For Military Merit consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac and Colonel Frank CInstituted April 14, 1994. Composed of silver, an eight point stary with clusters of smooth rays, the obverse medallion features a blue enamelled shield with the state coat of arms featuring a diagonal line with three silver lilies on each side, crossed swords pierce the shield, the reverse is hollow, the star is suspended by a blue enamelled plate with a small imitation diamond on each end, below a large stylized lily, the reverse of the suspension
