This is the transitional Royal Oak reference 14486, which was launched in 1986 as the successor of the 4100. The reference is incredibly rare since it was only produced in small numbers, 1. 932 in total of which 525 units in solid yellow gold. It measures 35mm like the 4100 and was therefore very unusual for the time. At this point we already saw the
