The top white layer has a pierced open work pattern that allows the black bottom layer to show through

The brooch measures approximately 2¼” H  x  1¾” W and is in excellent vintage condition

It features textured gold tone legs and head with green rhinestone eyes. The shell is a large gold mottled ceramic stone. The turtle measures approximately 2 x 1. It is signed JJ and is in excellent vintage condition.
