A rare Heer tropical Panzer Engineer (Mechanic) Oberfeldwebels shoulder strap, constructed of light olive drab cotton twill with a field grey wool underlay, trimmed with rose pink piping, and pinned with two zink rank pips flanked an Engineer cypher, the reverse with an integral strap with a reinforced buttonhole, unmarked, measuring 42 mm (w) x 115 mm (l), with loss of finish evident to
