Het aroma is rijk aan tropisch fruit, lentebloesem met een fijne touche van houtrijping. De pinot blanc druiven in deze wijn zijn afkomstig van de steile hellingen aan de Saar met een leisteenbodem en een uniek microklimaat. De oogst vindt plaats met de hand. Aansluitend vindt de spontane vergisting plaats. Daarna ontwikkelt de wijn zich 5 maanden in roestvrijstalen tanks en houten
