Germany, Heer. A Mint Tropical Cap Eagle for Enlisted Ranks Newly Listed constructed of a smooth dark(Heer Tropen Mtzenadler fr Mannschaften). Constructed of brown rayon, the obverse overlaid by a layer of golden brown rayon, in turn bearing a machine embroidered silver grey Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 90 mm (w) x 35 mm (h), demonstrating a small hole to the left side, in unissued and near mint condition.
