Hubble Tabletop Fan modern The steel pipe frame isThis vintage Hubble fan was designed to sit facing upwards on a table top. There is a handle affixed to the center of the fan to make it easy to move it safely. As the photographs indicate, there is a fair amount of chipping on the black base and cage. There is also a significant amount of fraying on the cord, so we have not tested it to see if it works. Please note that the item is being sold as is. It has overall dimensions of 12" x 12" x 11". TA
