Estate Argyros Vinsanto ‘Heritage’ Vintage 1982 (500ml) grenache noir The winemakerAn Assyrtiko dominant blend with smaller components of Athiri & Aidani. Grapes are sun dried for two weeks after manual harvest. Spontaneously fermented in cement. Extremely long and careful aging in a mixture of thoroughly used Russian, French and Austrian oak barrels ranging in size from 300L to 1350L. Approx 300 g L of RS. Bottled in 2025. Deep browny ochre at the rim and mahogany at the core. A bit like the colour of coffee but not as dark.
