A rare and extremely well preserved Luftwaffe Generals overseas cap, constructed of dark blue grey whipcord wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side walls which gently slope toward the front. The edge of the walls is fully trimmed with gold bullion wire piping. Stitched onto the peak of the cap is an insignia consisting of a dark blue grey wool backer bearing hand embroidered gold bullion wire Luftwaffe
