Constructed of black rayon, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered golden yellow German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, above an inscription of RBD WUPPERTAL, unmarked, measuring 96 mm (w) x 68 mm (h), in unissued and near mint condition.
