The grapes are cofermented and vinified entirely in concrete. The lime and clay rich soils of Coume de l'Olla bring a juicy roundness that fills the palate. Each sip is full of raspberry jam, cherry candy, mediterranean herbs, and a slight earthiness. Pair it with pintxos moruos, a traditional Moorish Spanish grilled lamb skewer.
