165mm Nascar 4x100/90mm 311mm Snow skates 1mm rocker / single axleThe Rollerblade Nascar 100 90 frame is very special It rides like a normal flat 4x100mm frame, but the 2nd wheel is a bit smaller so that the whole skate can be lower to the ground. The 2nd wheel is 90mm but also touches the ground like normel. Having this extra 10mm of space makes it that there is less height constraint because the reason why frames can not be lower is because of the front mounting bolt rubbin to the 2nd wheel.
