Includes a rubber liner for extra protection that doubles as an o ring seal. It is designed to carry small portable electronics such as, cameras and cell phones. We find it to be a snug fit for the Kestrel 4000 5000 series meters other than the 4400, 4600 & 5400 heat stress meters which will not fit. It can be carried by a
