The plastic toy has a cardboard base with a fantastic graphic. The scope still works! A great piece of kitsch from Steven Manufacturing, Hermann, Missouri. The Wonder Wheel measures approximately 10 3 8" tall x 3 1 4" wide. In good vintage condition with finish issues commensurate with age.
