Germany, Wehrmacht. A Spanish Cross, Bronze Grade with Swords, by Paul Meybauer GTRexclude IDAR-OBERSTEIN”(Spanienkreuz in Bronze mit Schwertern). Constructed of bronze, consisting of a Maltese Cross with crossed swords piercing the centrepiece, the obverse with pebbled arms joined through the quadrants by Luftwaffe eagles clutching mobile swastikas, bearing a central mobile swastika situated within dual circular rings, the reverse with a block hinge and tapering banjo style pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker marked with LDO code L 13 for Paul
