Constructed of silvered feinzink, the obverse consisting of a central circular laurel leaf wreath, overlaid by a patinated winged bomb, flanked on each side by nine oak leaves, the reverse with a barrel hinge and horizontal banjo style pinback meeting a flat wire catch, maker marked with F. & B. for Funcke & Brninghaus, Ldenscheid, measuring 76. 02 mm (w) x 25. 36 mm (h), weighing 20. 4
