Vintage Resistol Mercantile Display manufacturing but there is paint wearc. 1970s Resistol branded bolo tie mercantile rack, Garland, TX. This item features a steel Resistol cowboy hat (with brass vanity plaque) to accentuate the western style most associated with bolo ties.
